I bought fresh bananas today so the old ones had to go...into a cake of course. I never make the same banana cake twice. It all depends on how many bananas. Today there were 4. Other times there are anywhere from 2 to 7. It doesn't matter, they all go into one cake.



This is the right side but I like the first side better...I mashed the four bananas and added one cup of brown sugar 3 c. four, one teas B. Soda, 2 eggs, 1/4 canola oil, walnuts, raisens and 3 chopped fine apples and some fresh squeezed orange juice. I put all this in a bowl together and mix or just blend together by hand. ..put in bunt pan, sprinkled cinnamon and demera sugar on top and and bake 350 for an hour or until done...



This is a New York beauty on the longarm that I just finished for a customer. Lovely isn't it....
